Ted was out early one morning when he painted this image.This time of day in May when the weather is beginning to get warmer the light is truly magical. The sky to the east is a lovely pink with the headland contrasting against it in a lovely mauve grey. The boats moored are lying quietly at anchor & even the seagulls seem to be flying in silence. In the foreground there are Falmouth rooftops.
